A photo booth is a small, self-contained unit that takes pictures of people and prints them out on the spot.

Unlike traditional photo booths, our open-air setup can allow up to 8-12 guests at once if proper space setup is provided.

Idle time is extra time requested by client not included in the duration of their photo booth rental. Hello Flashy charges a flat rate of $50.00 per hour for idle time.

Hello Flashy ensures that we will arrive one hour prior to your scheduled photo booth rental for complimentary setup. However, if a client needs us to set up earlier, or take a break in between photo booth sessions, we can accomodate with idle time.

For example: a wedding client hires Hello Flashy for a 4 hour custom wedding package from 7:00 PM-11:00 PM. Hello Flashy tells client they will arrive by 6pm to set up. Client informs Hello Flashy they need set up to be completed by 4PM to clear venue. Hello Flashy would accomodate client by arriving by 3Pm to set up. Client would be charged for 2 hours of idle time (3PM-5PM) that extended beyond the complimentary set up hour which would have started normally at 6PM.

Another example: a client hires Hello Flashy for a 4 hour rental. The client wants to do photos for 2 hours, take a break for one hour, and then resume with another 2 hours of photo booth use. This client would be charged $50.00 for the hour of inactivity that Hello Flashy is on site between sessions.

It is recommended to book a photo booth at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability.

We offer open air photo booth rentals to our clients. Open-air photo booth rentals are the best option for group events. Multiple guests can fit comfortably in an open-air photo booth setup.

The cost of renting a photo booth varies depending on the hours needed and package selection. Packages can range between $400-$800. Typically, rental prices are listed on the companies website. Custom rental packages can be offered if contacted prior to the event.

Most photo booth rentals for are between 2-4 hours, but longer rental periods are available for an additional fee.
